Kristen was incredible: she gave us time nights and weekends, figured out good comps for the house we eventually chose and got us a terrific price in an intense market. She even helped us navigate obtaining an inspection and getting fixes made. This is our first house, and she was available to help us navigate everything. Her advice and attention to detail were stellar, and she has excellent partners throughout the process-- from obtaining a loan to lawyers for closing. She was in there offering to help as we went through lots of complicated and difficult things in a crazy market and with our many different needs for a house and yard. She went to town offices twice to find out about fencing, wetlands, etc and she found service providers for everything - at least a dozen different contacts - and then kept asking if there was anything else she could do. I've never seen or heard of anything close in a realtor before. we were all amazed and some confidence in humanity was restored! In terms of making offers and the closing she was a ROCK and super capable of competing while handling people humanely. We beat out 21 other offers on our house because of Kristen. She made the difference, from dark to light, in the entire process. I am forever grateful to her.
