Seller reviewKristen Yazel was recommended by my aunts estate attorney from previous experience working with her. I immediately recognized Kristens desire to meet and satisifey my need to sell the property in a timly fashion at a time that real estate was a bit slow. She made many trips to the condo ensuring that the property was ready to list and show. From pulling weeds herself to using her own vacuum to clean the carpet. She got a handyman to perform work that saved me over three thousand dollars. I don't have extensive experience dealing with realtors. But she outperformed all realtors I ever did work with. It's been my extreme pleasure working with Kristen and wish her the best of luck in her professional career. You should consider her an exceptional and dedicated employee.

Seller reviewWe had a property in a fairly remote location and without Kristen's great marketing skills, I think it would have been difficult to sell it. Kristen did a wonderful job, videotaping our house and making suggestions of things to do before listing it. Kristen was great to work with!!
