For being first time home buyers, she made the process so easy, smooth, and flawless. She made us feel so comfortable and stress free. Kristi is extremely responsive and went the extra mile to see homes on our behalf. All clarifying questions were answered and she took the time to explain the processes every step of the way. She picked up our new home keys and brought them to us since we were out of town and couldn't get the keys before the weekend. I highly recommend Kristi to anyone looking trying to buy or sell a home! Our experience with Kristi was so excellent and she always goes above and beyond! She is just the absolute best!
