We've had our moments with the lender that weren't making sense, and she would be right there to answer anything we had a question about! I rate her not 5 but 10 stars or more. If you are a homebuyer, first time homebuyer, stick with her she will get you what you want with no questions asked! Truly very professional and more than qualified to help you find your dream home! And never once did she have an attitude about anything! Kristi is the type of woman that when you feel nervous, her smile and warming welcome will make you feel better about any nervousness you have about purchasing a home. She stuck through our deal even though we were dealing with a lender that was out doing his own thing instead of explaining things to me the proper way. Kristi is very knowledgeable as mentioned in every field, that includes what the lender, who was pushing unwanted things onto me. Kristi took care of everything, she not only explained it all to me. She kept me calm and said not to worry about it and that she will figure it out and deal with it, AND SHE DID. She responds whenever she has time, she never leaves you on read nor does she leave a missed call alone, if that ever were to happen she would call back within the hour, time/day does not matter to this lady, she knows that you are reaching out to get answers and she never failed providing them. I highly recommend Kristi Shannon to every first, second and one hundredth time home buyer, Kristi is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable, she keeps in budget, she gets you the best there is. She is a true professional and I would have absolutely no reservations dealing with her again My overall experiences with Kristi Were amazing. It was a long process to find the right house but she was with us to guide us through every step of the way and frankly I would never have any hesitation recommending her to my family or friends because I knew she would take care of them very well and I was truly impressed with her expertise patience and understanding. I would also like to say that I'm hearing impaired and disabled And she was also very compassionate and understanding with me and I appreciated that so very much. She's truly amazing and I thank her so much for everything that she's done for us Trusted Kristi completely as she was very knowledgeable and guided me well through the process.
