Buyer reviewWasn't expecting to meet Mrs. Ward at all, but after submitting a request for info on a home she contacted me and helped me throughout the rest of the process. I dropped the agent I was speaking with prior to KRISTIE WARD. She was always professional and flexible. Also she helped kept things moving throughout the process when things would slow down with certain factors outside of my control.

The sale date would have passed it's contract closing date if she had not been so on the ball with everything. Kristie handled everything. I just went to the closing and that is why you need and want a good realitor.
