Kristin Balalis was a pleasure to work with. She was understanding, attentive, knowledgeable, resourceful, trustworthy, etc. I feel fortunate that Krisin was the representative selected for our sale.

Having never met Kristin Balalis face-to-face, it is remarkable that we rated her with 'excellents' in the follow-up review. She is that good! During the sale of our lot in Running Springs, Kristin continually communicated with us and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She made suggestions, communicated with other professionals for us, advertised the 4.28 acre property beautifully with drone pictures and conducted herself in a professional yet personal manner. We look forward to meeting her! What impressded us: We had previously worked with another agent to handle our sale but we remembered talking to Kristin at that time. Claremont has a great reputation and homes there usually sell fast; therefore, lots of advertising does not seem necessary. After Kristin's one open house, two offers came in. One super one! This was the only time we've gone through the process of selling a home, so it was a learning experience for us. Kristin did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the process to us. She also gave us frequent updates on things as they happened. While selling our condo was still a stressful situation for us, Kristin's frequent e-mails and calls were very helpful in keeping us up-to-date on everything and letting us keep the stress at a tolerable level. Additionally, one of the first things that was in the paperwork involved in the process was a section letting us know that Kristin would be acting as a fiduciary during the sales process. That was a reassuring thing for us to hear, even though we already knew that Kristin would do a good job for us with selling our condo. Kristin was very understanding about our family member's health situation, and she was very patient with us when it took us a little longer than originally planned to get our home cleaned up and ready to go on the market. Kristin was never pushy about anything, and she even spent some of her free time assisting us with some packing and cleaning. She definitely did much more for us than the bare minimum in helping to get our home on the market and sold promptly.

Kristin listened to my needs, was very responsive and knowledgeable when I needed answers and was very patient with me during this stressful time. I would absolutely recommend her and Peak 21 in the future.
