Kristin listened to what we were looking for, our budget etc. She was always accessible! She conducted awesome video tours, important when you can't see the details for yourself. Kristin always got back to us when we had multiple questions, kept us well informed on upcoming listings and homes we might have missed. If she didn't immediately know the answer, she found it and got back to us right away. Kristin is so pleasant and professional! She was, as I said, a joy to work with!! We have zero hesitation in recommending her to family and friends or in using her for another home search.

We didn't feel intimidated by her and also we felt that she knew what she was doing. And if she didn't know the answer she would find it for us promptly! Really appreciated that! There was never a time where we felt unsure we had chosen the right agent. Kristin checked every box at every step and really was clear, motivated, prompt and helpful! Kristin willingness to not only work with us across the country but dealing with my parents that are locals as well. At times she was serving four of us and she balanced it all wonderfully.
