Seller reviewI first met Kristin by chance while holding a garage sale for my late mother. I knew I would eventually need to sell her home and had considered selling it myself, but since I live out of town, I realized it just wasn't practical to handle everything on my own. Kristin immediately impressed me with her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The house was completely vacant except for three chairs, yet she staged it beautifully-adding welcome mats, rugs, and other thoughtful touches that made it warm and inviting. Even though it was in an over-55 community, which was new to her, she handled it with complete confidence and skill. At my request, she held open houses every two weeks and worked smoothly with the buyer's realtor during negotiations to resolve any issues. At closing, the buyer's agent even complimented how beautifully the home was presented. Kristin turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and successful sale.
