With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. Kristy earned the honor of Rookie of the Year based on her first-year sales volume and service to her clients. Since then, she has become a Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer. My husband and I had worked with Kristy when my husband (then fiancé) was trying to find a home to rent, and she was very responsive and answered every question we had about the lease. When it came time for my husband and I to find a home, Kristy was there to help us. Kristy again was very responsive, and sent us listings that fit our criteria every day! When we found our house, Kristy walked us through and explained every step of the home purchase process. This was my husband's and I first home purchase, so we were nervous. Kristy answered all of our questions, explained everything to us umpteen times, with a patient understanding. We look forward to loving our new home for many years, but know when we are reading for more space, Kristy will be the first person we contact.
