With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. Seller reviewWhen my family decided to relocate from Maryland to Virginia we knew Kristy Matthai was going to be the right choice of realtor, and we were absolutely not disappointed! When it came time to sell our home in Maryland, Kristy put together a beautiful listing that brought in an incredible number of showings, and subsequently, many offers. When our original contract fell through she was able to secure us a new contract within 24 hours! She was always there to help ease my nerves and quell my fears, always extremely responsive to text and email. When it came time to secure us a new home in VA, Kristy navigated an incredibly competitive market with confidence. She stayed in constant contact with the seller's team to negotiate on our behalf. And it worked! We were able to purchase our dream home, even in a competitive sellers market. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Kristy, on both our sale and our purchase, and we would choose her again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I had worked with Kristy when my husband (then fiancé) was trying to find a home to rent, and she was very responsive and answered every question we had about the lease. When it came time for my husband and I to find a home, Kristy was there to help us. Kristy again was very responsive, and sent us listings that fit our criteria every day! When we found our house, Kristy walked us through and explained every step of the home purchase process. This was my husband's and I first home purchase, so we were nervous.
