SHE DID EXCELLENT IN NEGOTIATIONS AND ALWAYS HAD MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART. MY HOME WAS NOT PERFECT, HOWEVER SHE WAS NEVER NEGATIVE, ALWAYS UPLIFTING & POSITIVE. Buyer reviewI needed a broker who could be both aggressive and professional with my small town negotiations. The seller's agent had had very little interest in selling the property. He never put a pending sale in the yard. He never revisited it to pick up his sign. Kristy took the ball and ran with it, which ultimately meant we got a house under an "iffy" verbal contingency situation. We were all ecstatic when the seller accepted our contract. We owe the purchase to Kristy's knowledge of the proper real estate processes. I never had to wonder what the next step in the negotiations would be. Kristy always kept me informed about each step and my involvement in that step. She took care of details that I couldn't be present for with my confidence that she had my best interest in mind. She also took care of details that the seller's agent was negligent about, speeding up the process significantly. Kristy Pilgrim's husband, Clayton Pilgrim, was able to come to the closing. I felt like I got 2 realtors for the price of one!
