Buyer reviewI heard about Kumiko from my Father. He was very pleased with the service she provided and how on top of everything she was for him. I am so glad I took his advice and went with Kumiko. Kumiko didn't forget a single detail, not even a minor one, during the entire process. She stuck with us over the past 3 months and was responsive at almost all hours of the day. She was quick to learn our needs even as our expectations on the type of home we wanted changed a bit. She is very on top of what is happening in the local real estate market. This was an exemplary experience. Kumiko made what would otherwise be a tedious and annoying experience an overwhelmingly joyful experience. Kumiko went above and beyond, I will definitely recommend her to anyone moving to the Phoenix area in the future.

Buyer reviewKumiko possesses a calm "can do " attitude that is seldom witnessed today. I would call Kumiko again and again for my real estate needs. Anybody I know of having need of a realtor , I refer them to Kumiko. For me & my husband, there is no other. Kumiko listened so well during the search, that she remembered things I had mentioned during conversations and she negotiated for details that I was not aware of until after I accepted & signed the paperwork. Yes, she's all of that!

Buyer reviewKumiko is awesome! She kept this transaction together on so many occasions when it could have fallen apart. She has amazing patience and always has a positive attitude. She can communicate with both sides to keep things moving when there seems like little hope for that. We used her when we purchases our last home in 2018 and have kept in contact over the years. She was the only agent we even considered for both the sale and purchase this year. A great asset to Century 21!!
