She is also well connected locally which is a huge advantage when it comes to selecting lenders, vendors, contractors, etc. We were intimidated by this crazy market, but Kunny set us up for success and made the whole process more enjoyable!

The process did proceed smoothly, and as she described. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The other staff, in which I had contact, was friendly, respectful, and promptly followed through on what they said they were going to do. All the staff were a joy to work with! Kunny Brothers is the type of company, that I am very glad, exists. As far as my experience, with them, I would rate them five(5) star plus!
