Buyer reviewBeing from out of state is always more challenging regarding a real estate purchase. Kurt made me feel at ease immediately and had great and timely communication throughout. He knows the area well and knows his stuff regarding real estate. He took me on a few video tours of the property we ended up buying and that was extremely helpful. He helped me obtain a lawyer, facilitated inspections, even found a cleaning service for me, and turned the breaker off, so the electric company could start our service! I am just so pleased about the total process, and he is such a nice guy. Thanks again for this great service!

He is a people person and several times went "directly to the source" when we had specific issues/concerns related to the land we were purchasing - getting the answers firsthand and building relationships in the process. He is a calming presence and made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable! Not only is Kurt Schmidt knowledgeable and professional, he is one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or land in the Finger Lakes region!
