Buyer reviewAnna and I had a great experience in purchasing the property in Little Mountain Community in Maryville, TN. We carefully coordinated our search and made the most of property viewing whenever we were in town. We live in New York and had to make the most of the time with Kyle when we scheduled our trips in Tennessee. After a couple of trips we found the property we liked and submitted an offer. Subsequently, we scheduled the closing in person while we were in town on another scheduled trip. Looking back I can honestly say that everything worked out perfectly and it was due to Kyle Bryant's efforts and planning to make the trips both efficient and effective.
