Seller reviewWhat can I say about Kyle? He was the perfect agent. He was the calming influence that I so desperately needed during an immensely stressful time. I don't think I could have done it without his help. As an example of his dedication, one night I was without Internet/TV due to the inspection that was performed by the buyer's inspector. This happened around 9pm. Kyle didn't skip a beat. He came over, at that hour, and single-handedly fixed the problem. He climbed a ladder into our attic and did some amazing troubleshooting that IT professionals probably couldn't have done. I was so grateful and relieved. Thanks to Kyle and his dedication, patience, and competence. I truly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through one of the most stressful experiences I've ever gone through. Moreover, and critically, he was a consummate real estate professional. He knew the market by heart, helped me to accurately price the property, and guided me through to closing. Not one complaint.
