Kylie Petty was amazing to work with. When we were just starting to think about listing, she visited us and gave great feedback on what to do next. She hires professional photography for the listing pictures and they looked incredible. She was very communicative and knowledgeable, and I knew we would be in great hands with her. We moved out of state and she kept me up-to-date on all things going on, especially when there were unexpected delays on the buyer's end.

Having lost our home in the flooding this past summer, we were in the process of getting ready to start looking for a new home. One came for sale that we were curious about and wanted to look at. We weren't fully ready to buy nor were we pre qualified to be looking at the home but Kylie took our situation to heart and showed us the home anyways. Fast forward a few weeks and we were pre qualified and ready to look. We made Kylie drive in every direction, sometimes up to 40 minutes away and she never batted an eye at it. She was super helpful, understood what we wanted and needed, made sure we understood everything and felt comfortable every step of the way. Kylie will be our realtor of choice when the time comes to sell and buy again.
