Kym has over 28 years of real estate experience with Century 21 Bono Realty. Specializing in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana she always knew her purpose was to help others achieve their goals.
She began working in sales at her family's business at the early age of 10 years old. By 15 years old, she waitressed while earning her LPN degree. She graduated at 19 years old and worked in pediatrics & the NICU with critical babies. Kym knew she wanted to continue helping others!
In 1996, Kym's career as a realtor began and she quickly realized her calling! Her love and passion for Real Estate continued to grow. Kym is devoted to helping her clients with all of their real estate needs; selling or purchasing homes, land, businesses, investment properties, and more. Her experience ranges from developing subdivisions to assisting builders with new construction floorplans, styles and color schemes!

Buyer reviewKym, was extremely helpful with the purchase of my home. I was a newbie home buyer and she truly walked me through step-by-step. Kym, explained in great detail what was needed from me (the buyer), Century 21 (her), and the mortgage broker. Kym, is prompt and responsive through text, email and returned phone calls. Kym made herself available to show the house anytime and never made it feel it was an inconvenience. Matter-of-fact she went above board in making herself available to meet at the home in Kinder, La. On the initial showing Kym walked me through the house, pointed out special features, let me roam "on-my-own". Most importantly, she let me figure out "on-my-own" if this house would work for "me". This was a big move (many miles away from where I was living). Never felt pressured or pushed into the sale. Kym is extremely talented, super smart, on top of her game and would highly recommend her. Finally, a special thank's Kym for making my once in a lifetime dream come true.
