Lacy Wilmoth is a wonderful realtor. We were living in Georgia and purchasing a house in Arkansas. Prior to finding Lacy, we had a few agents that we approached that were not helpful and did not engage with us. Lacy was there and listened to our needs. She helped us in all steps of the process. It can be stressful to buy a home in this market but even more difficult when you live out of state. Lacy made it easy because she was helpful, detailed and dependable. OMG, where do I start. I met Lacy through realtor.com. I was interested in a house but I didn't have an agent and realtor picked Lacy for me. We have been stuck like glue ever since and a perfect match. We ended up finding a home in NLR, but due to Covid that deal fell through. Here we are a year and a half later and I was ready to get back into the home search. Of course I called Lacy and things started moving fast.
