Overall we had an excellent experience with Landen Miller & Jacy Miller! Jacy Miller was very helpful and informative from day one! She helped me to understand the selling process step by step. She provided very detailed information on what we could expect and how to navigate the whole selling process. Jacy helped me stage the house to make it look beautiful for photography and videography. Our home looked clean, open and inviting to potential buyers which was all thanks to Jacy. Landen Miller is an agent who goes above and beyond in every way! First, let me say that Century 21 Judge Fite has an amazing group of agents. Originally, Amy Herzog represented us as we started out on our journey to find a home and as we expanded our search area, she was able to connect me with Landen Miller to continue searching west of the Dallas metro. Knowing Amy for some time, I was a little concerned about working with another agent; however, she eased my concerns and genuinely stated that she would not steer me wrong and that I would be in good hands with Landen. Amy is one of th best! And she was absolutely correct, when we first met Landen, he was very easy to talk to and eager to get to know us to better equip him with what we were looking for ensuring he had all of the data needed to focus our search. Landen went above and beyond showing us potential possibilities and spoke candidly about builders, locations, and home buying in all of its capacity. Quickly, we knew Landen was stepping up to the plate for us and that we could trust his insight and direction. After several excursions looking, we decided on a home that we fell in love with. Landen was hand in hand with us through the process making sure we did not have any questions or concerns at all. Each time, we did have a question, Landen was always there to provide his input and/or contact the builder to inquire. More importantly, Landen was there for the initial and final walk through and I can tell you he is very thorough in his inspection of the house. Watching him identify issues which were missed by a novice such as I was an added relief knowing he had our back! We closed almost two weeks ago and Landen was a welcomed part of all of it. He definitely is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff; but more so, we developed a friendship that made this whole process much easier to manage.
