Landon is the hardest working realtor in the business. He believes the key to finding the right home is working with the right realtor. He makes it his responsibility to ensure that his clients are 100% satisfied. When working with a client, he doesn't just show property and write up a contract. He dives into the work whole heartedly. He makes sure his clients receive the best treatment possible. It can be a stressful time during the process of building, buying or selling a home, but Landon is there to take the stress off the buyers and sellers.
Personal Life: Landon and his wife Candice have been married 12 years and have twin 4 year old daugthers, MacKenzie and Charlotte, who they affectionately refer to as Mac & Cheese. As a family first father and husband, he is committed to providing his clients undivided attention and honest,, dedicated customer service. In his time away from the office, Landon loves spending time with his family helping coaching the girls sports, gardening and wood working.
Landon is a member of the National Board of Realtors and the Indiana Board of Realtors. He loves working with both buyers and sellers.

Buyer reviewI was moving in from out of town, and Landon Whetsel made the home buying process simple. He focused on what was important to me a helped me until I found something that fit my needs. Most impressively, he continued helping and even fighting for me in the negotiation process and all the way until I got the keys to my home. I would reccomend Landon to anyone looking to make this process as smooth as possible.

Since this was a relocation being able to see houses and the length of the process was a little longer than expected but Landon was awesome and talking with us about houses and different way to see them even though we were states away. He would check in on us at least weekly even though most of the time is was more than once a week. His knowledge of the market we were able to get the right offer to the buyer even though they had several other offers to choose from. Since the closure of the sell he has still reached out to make sure we don't need anything or have any questions. I can't say enough about him and will recommend for sure.

Seller reviewAfter deciding to sale my house, I reached out to Landon a few days later. He came over and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Throughout the sale any questions we had he responded very quickly. Since my home sold very fast, he even was great motivation and gave me tips in the moving process. I will never use another realtor if I ever have property to sale unless it is Landon!
