Larisa's success in Real Estate is largely due to her market knowledge, focus and ingenuity. Whether selling at the best possible price or buying the perfect property, Larisa makes it her business to get her clients what they want. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Larisa, a University of Wisconsin - Madison graduate lived and worked in Ireland and Los Angeles. Her talents as a negotiator have led to many opportunities, ranging from managing a custom kitchen showroom to working with top Hollywood studios as a Studio Service Manager. Larisa lives with her husband and their three daughters next to the Pheasant Branch Conservancy in Middleton. If she is not working, you'll probably find her at a playground, with a coffee in hand.

Buyer reviewLarisa was fantastic in helping us find our first house! She knew the area well, and had great insights into what to look for in a house and what to avoid. She learned what we liked after touring a few houses together and talking to us. When she first saw the house we ended up buying, she knew it was perfect for us and arranged for us to tour it immediately. It's the perfect place, I don't feel like we had to compromise on a single thing we wanted. My favorite thing though was how easy she was to work with, she was ALWAYS immediately available via text or call, could almost always arrange a tour of a house we liked the same day we asked or the next day, and was always instantaneous with documents, emails, and communications with outside parties like the seller or bank. She's extremely helpful in the home-buying process, we would recommend her to anyone!
