Personal Profile
After graduating from Miami University, Larry and his wife Carol decided to make Oxford their home. They have been in the Oxford community for over three and a half decades and have two grown children. Larry retired from Miami University in May 2012 from his position as Assistant Vice President of Housing & Auxiliaries. He's been an active member of both the Oxford Lions Club and the Oxford Fire Department for over 30 years. Larry and Carol enjoy the uniqueness of the Oxford community. They are avid Miami athletic fans and both previously served as President of the Miami Blue Line Club. Larry is eager to assistant individuals and families in finding the home of their dreams as a new agent with Century 21 Thacker & Associates Inc.

He worked around our work schedules and even made it to the home inspection to make sure everything went as it should. I would definitely use Larry again on a home purchase.

He understood our home needs and work schedules and communicated in ways that worked for us. He provided a good objective information about things we might have overlooked otherwise when viewing homes. Larry helped us negotiate some additional work on the house after inspection that we didn't think to ask about. It saved us additional time and money to have the HVAC system serviced. He kept us informed at every step of the process and offered suggestions where we didn't know to ask for things. One of us was a first time home buyer and he made the process very smooth. Larry was an excellent realtor to work with and we would recommend him to anyone.
