There were a lot of bumps in the road regarding the sale of this piece of property. Larry and his wife were helpful in helping my sister, co-owner, in moving to a closing point. Larry gave solid and great advice. The process would somethings frustrated me, but Larry would always reel me in. Local issues with the maintenance of the property would come into play, Larry would utilize his knowledge of local service providers and make suggestions. Great person!

We told Mr. Gwaltney what we were looking for in a house, including a tight budget & with today's fast paced market we knew it would be very difficult to purchase a home. Mr. Gwaltney did not seemed to think this was a challenge at all & gave us his word he would be able to not just find us a house but a home, and he did just that!!
