Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. "Always Available" is my motto.

Seller reviewLarry came highly recommended from a close friend from high school in the Lake Charles area. We had some challenges with selling a parent's house in Lake Charles as none of us children still live in the area, and we needed a realtor who was knowledgable not only about the local housing market, but with local contacts for all of the things that need to be done to prepare a house to sell (estate sale and house cleaning contacts, for example) which we did not have. Larry was knowledgeable about our particular situation and the process needed to sell the house, and communication was great throughout the process. We closed in a very reasonable amount of time as well. My brothers and I highly recommend Larry if you are in the market to purchase or sell a home!
