I kept in touch with her over the next few years and when it was time to sell, I knew she would be the person I called. LaShanda was great all around. She knows her business. If I had listened to her in the first place, my place would have sold a lot faster. Once we went with her successions, we got a solid offer within a couple of days. All I did was give her the keys and she took care of everything. My tenants left it in need of some repairs, carpet and paint. She took care of the mess and the contractors. It was great since I live all the way across the states!
