Seller reviewTracy is the ultimate professional. She has excellent knowledge of the market and long range factors that will effect both the price and quickness of the sale. Tracy took the time to thoroughly explain all of the paperwork and steps along the way. She was accessible or quick to return my phone calls, no matter what day or hour. Tracy picked up the slack when I broke my arm and had to have a hospital say. She found all of the service provdera that were needed and commanded them like a general never letting anything fall between the cracks. My sale, because of my health issue, had many moving parts. Tracy resolved anything that came up saying, "don't worry, we got this". She wasn't before, but because of her kindness, steadfastness, and caring way, I am proud to call her my friend I never give a review for any service. So my giving this one should assure you that Tracy's performance in selling my house was the ultimatel, always going above and beyond

She went far beyond the expected to advise me on steps to follow to get the house on the market, and, since I was moving out of the area, worked with my son and daughter-in-law to take care of everything that needed to be done.
