Seller reviewconfident in getting us top dollar. her knowledge as a stagger was a huge plus. was always available to answer our concerns. we were very pleased in how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. very pleased with Laura and would recommend her services. we liked the way that she handled the sale of the house and how she handled the recommendations of the multiple offers. she also gave recommendations on what to do to the house for sales and repairs. she was able to show us how she could justify a higher asking price over other agents and was able to actually get more than asking price.
