Seller reviewWe had multi offers on my home, and accepted an offer above the sales price, as Laura walked me through the process to make the right decision for me to make sure that the buyer was qualified and the house would sell on time. Staging was our number 1 concern since my wife passed away. I needed help in that department. Laura walked me through a difficult and painful process. Laura LePage was the best agent I have ever had, and I have bought and sold many homes in past years. She is a talented and motivative agent. I am excited to see what she can do for me when I am ready to purchase another home again! Seller reviewconfident in getting us top dollar. her knowledge as a stagger was a huge plus. was always available to answer our concerns. we were very pleased in how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. very pleased with Laura and would recommend her services. we liked the way that she handled the sale of the house and how she handled the recommendations of the multiple offers. she also gave recommendations on what to do to the house for sales and repairs. she was able to show us how she could justify a higher asking price over other agents and was able to actually get more than asking price.
