This is the second time I used Laura Princiotta as my realtor. I would only use her. Laura is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and responded fast to any questions I had. Laura is a very caring person. She walked me through the process to make sure I was as relaxed as I could be. She made this a good experience for me. You have a dedicated employee who cares about being the best broker she can be for her clients. Laura sat down with me to review other homes in the area and their asking prices. She had a professional photographer come in to take pictures to put online. Within one week my house was sold! I answered excellent for all the characteristics because each one is true about Laura. My mom recently passed away. Laura made this very difficult task of having to selll my parents house much less stressful for me. I knew their home was put in good hands with Laura. My overall experience couldn't have gone any better. I had such mixed emotions having to sell my parents home. Laura was wonderful taking me through the process. She's the best!
