Laurel is truly a professional. I have worked with her many times and know that I can trust her expert opinion. Laurel is at attentive and listens to the needs/wants of her clients. We have had 2 excellent experiences with Laurel Davies so far. Laurel was our agent when we purchased our first home in 2009 and we did not consider using anyone else when we started looking for something slightly larger in 2022. Laurel is the best. She was very attentive to all our needs and listened carefully to what we were searching for in our next home. She helped us identify our "must have" items from the "would be nice" features which greatly focused our search. She has extensive knowledge of the region, specifically the neighborhoods we wanted to view. Laurel proactively communicated next steps and helped us stay on track and organized during the escrow period. We did this transaction long distance! Laurel Davies worked with our son who was there to see the house and she worked with us long distance for the paperwork parts. I couldn't imagine buying a house without seeing it first but I felt confident after getting to know Laurel!
