Buyer reviewPurchasing your first home can be stressful and overwhelming. I was working a lot of overtime during the process and struggled through the process of finding my first house. I had seen a previous realtor, however, they made me feel like I was not a priority to them. I had more questions than answers. My sister suggested I ask Lauren Woods to be my realtor, and that was a game changer for me. Lauren understood my situation and helped me all the way. It took me several months with the first realtor, but it was only within a month with Lauren and I found my dream home. If it wasn't for Lauren's dedication and care for her clients, I don't know if I would have still found a house by now. Thank you Lauren for caring & making our dreams come true!

Buyer reviewWe happened to meet Lauren by fate while we were visiting Clarksville a few months ago. My husband and I were just placing feelers out there as we currently lived in Minnesota but had been talking about relocating for about a year. When we met Lauren we knew we wanted to work with her. She has a plethora of knowledge of real estate and it made it so much easier for us to make the leap knowing Lauren has lived in Clarksville her entire life. We wanted to make sure we didn't feel like another real estate transaction and to form a life long friendship. Lauren kept us in the loop through everything and was always in our corner through the entire process. We can't thank her enough for her time and hanging on with us through this journey. Relocating from another state is not an easy task but Lauren made it feel seamless.

Seller reviewWe were referred to Lauren Woods by a builder as we initially were pursuing that route but realized we just couldn't wait that long to move. She completely stood by our decision and understood why a year wait was too long. When we found the house that would work she jumped straight into getting our offer in and making sure that any and all issues with the house were addressed and resolved. We never had to worry because we KNEW Lauren was working for us and would not let anything be brushed aside or forgotten. She was there for our paperwork signing as well. When we went to get our house on the market to sell, Lauren's knowledge and honesty of the perfect price point for our property was crucial. She gave us a list of to-dos for max curb appeal and making sure the home was solid and issue free and was my cheerleader as I got them all checked off. Our house listed on a Friday and we received a full price offer on Sunday. It just doesnt get much better than that!
