Laurine was always available, when problems arose she would have solutions. She always kept us informed whenever the buyer had questions or requests. Plain and simply, I chose Laurine Gautier to be my Real Estate agent based mostly on two reasons: the first, of course, was her apparent knowledge of the housing market, costs, sales, etc., and secondly, but perhaps, for me, most influential, was her upfront and unaffected personality in which my parents and I strongly resonated. To state it most sincerely, I like real people, but kind people, and Laurine's northeastern personality and no-nonsense, comfortable attitude made us very comfortable as well. I suppose I have covered the main reasons for finding Laurine Gautier a most pleasant and professional agent to work with. I cannot overstate how important, at least to us, it is to find a person who is "real", compassionate, earnest in wanting to help us sell our home, and down to earth.
