Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Seller reviewWe were selling our first home and there were limitless options as far as a broker is concerned. We were honestly overwhelmed and had a lot of realtors that had reached out to us. After hearing about Lavada Burroughs from a personal friend, we decided to meet with her. During our initial meeting with Lavada, we decided that Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty was the broker we wanted to go through because we wanted Lavada and that's who she was with. She was knowledgeable of the market in our area and was patient with all of our questions and concerns.

Seller reviewWe were looking for a successful agent who could sell our home quickly and would communicate and deal well with us and our specific needs. We actually sold and bought a home on the same day with Lavada as our agent. She spent many hours in our home photographing and developing a description of our home that we felt captured all the house provided. We had a custom built home that offered many features we didn't want the buyer to miss. Lavada communicated very well in every aspect of this sale. She was always quick to reply to our texts or emails. We would use Lavada again in our selling or buying transactions and we highly recommend her to others who want a quick sale and a great buying experience.

Seller reviewHaving just lost my husband and not knowing how to proceed with the sale of my home, I needed someone who understood my special needs and goals; someone whom I could trust to make all the truly important decisions and guide me through the whole process. Lavada certainly fit that bill; she was awesome! Lavada handled all the negotiations between myself and the buyers and their agent. I didn't have to be concerned about anything. Lavada was available day or night, whenever I needed her to answer a question or anything else. She was one of the most professional real estate agents that I have ever had to deal with. This whole experience was wonderful, even though it was entered into due to a very traumatic incident (the loss of my husband).
