Buyer reviewLaVerne has recently sold a property for me and I have bought property through him, my experience has always be positive. I really appreciate the fact that he understands his clients and special circumstances that they might have such as their line of work and how that impacts their ability to be available to sign documents ect. and he will make whatever arrangements are needed to accommodate his client. I have also purchased a property from him that he owned and my experience was no different he is the same person whether at work or away from work, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a good realtor.

Buyer reviewUpon meeting LaVerne Borg for the first time, he was very friendly and helpful. LaVerne always came across as very professional and willing to help us locate our new home in the Brainerd Lakes area. He was very patient with us, as the process took about four years. He periodically checked in to see if he could be of help, but was never pushy or demanding. I would recommend LaVerne to others looking for assistance in purchasing a home. LaVerne relayed information regarding the negotiating process to us in a timely manner. He also reminded us of an important deadline pertaining to the home inspection and signing the seller/buyer agreement. He also recommended a local banker, and that helped us secure a loan. Everything went very smoothly right up to closing. Rae Lynn was just fabulous handling all the details, and providing good communications throughout the looking and buying stages. She is a great asset to the Century 21 team.

Seller reviewAs we lived a ways away from the property we were selling, we really had to rely on LaVerne to handle a lot of tasks with the property that a seller would normally be expected to handle themselves. LaVerne found us someone to mow the lawn, handled getting the septic system tested, found me information to get the electricity turned on at the cabin, located someone to turn on the pump well so it could be tested, and finally grabbed some personal property from our cabin for us. LaVerne is truly a "full-service" realtor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in his area.
