Seller reviewPhenomenal agent to work with; extremely knowledgeable and most of all, kept the process on track. I would recommend Lavina to others, as there appear to be undisclosed fees appearing from other agents, that, in my opinion, should be disclosed; i.e. ANY fees, or reimbursements the other side is requesting, should be itemized, timely and properly submitted. This was caught 1 week prior to closing and again, Lavina was critical in working thru the situation. Great agent to work with and look forward to working with her in the future on our next purchase.

She helped us review what needed to be done so that we could market the house and sell via FHA/RD. She gave us clear advice ahead of time. We knew exactly what we needed to get done. The sale of this house hit a few major snags, but Lavina walked us through each of them and she was so patient with us.
