I am a native of Florida but have lived in Citrus County since 1980. My husband and I married in 1985 and have raised 2 boys that still live locally. Prior to real estate I managed an insurance agency for 25 years. I love working with people so really enjoy my job as buying and selling homes can be a very personal experience and do my best to make it a very positive one. In 2015 I achieved the Centurion Award, President's Award and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award with Century 21. I pride myself in customer service and work very hard for my clients.

Seller reviewThis whole process couldn't have even happened without Lawanda. I am so grateful for all her help in selling the home so I could relocate my mother from Lecanto out to Utah with me. Selling a home from across the country should have been a lot more difficult on me but it just wasn't because Lawanda was there every step of the way to help however she could. Again I am so grateful for everything she has done for me and my family! I would work with her again in an instant!
