My family and I moved to Alaska in 2003 and made it our home. I retired from the U.S. Army after serving for almost 22 years and felt making the transition into the real estate profession made perfectly good sense. After all, I had relocated almost every three years both within the United States and abroad. I understand the stress involved in moving a family to new schools and making new friends and I am here to make that relocation easier for you and your family.Loyalty and integrity are two of the values that helped me have an extremely successful Army career, and will continue to help me meet the needs, wants and desires of my clients.I am very involved in the local community. Currently, I serve as President of the Board of Directors for Alaska Youth Soccer as well as the Past President of Cook Inlet Soccer Club. As well as, I am on the Anchorage Board of Realtors.

I work with an agent before him that was trying to make me buy the most expensive home so they could have a bigger commission. They was not concerned about my wants and needs. Larry was very knowledgeable and also available to talk or show me homes within my preferences. He took my wants and need above his own.
