Buyer reviewI selected Larry because he was the listing agent on the property. I did not see the need to have two agents helping to bring the seller and myself to an agreement. Best decision I ever made. Larry navigated representing the seller and myself (buyer) flawlessly, while having both parties best interests in mind. Larry had amazing recommendations throughout this entire process. I used his recommendation for a mortgage broker. He also supported and encouraged me to use people I felt comfortable with, my inspector choice. He always made himself available and accessible throughout the process. We closed ten days earlier than our estimated date due to Larry's diligence and timely communication. Larry is transparent and trustworthy. Five out of five stars for Larry Campbell!

These properties were sold under the most trying circumstances that I as Conservator and as a businessman have ever experienced. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, dedicated and professional Realtor that I have ever met. His follow up on details, finding answers that were necessary in these most complicated real estate transactions was noting short of an extremely great Job! This man was all of the above without any stretch to clearly answer these questions. Larry came into a dire situation with many issues to say the least. He moved through it all and brought the best out of some very trying circumstances in record time. His staff was always available and aggressive when it came to showings and other matters involved in getting the job done. As I see it, this man has many very good business principals and a lot of integrity.
