Leah, one heck of a gal. There were some people who wanted to sell a particular area of land, and it just so happens I was interested in purchasing that exact same piece of land. But something was missing - something to connect it, nay, to connect US together. And not something at all, but someONE. That person was none other than Leah Hardy. With all her skill and might, she was able to help these people and me agree upon certain terms and dollar amounts, figures and what have you, and at the end of the day, I own a chunk of dirt, and the other people received a significant amount of my money. I just cannot say enough good things about Leah. She was so kind and helped with every step of the way. She was very personable and attentive to all of our needs as well as very accessible and was prompt getting back to us whatever the questions we had. We knew the market was good but to have a contract within 24 hours was amazing and Leah convinced my husband and I of the value of our home so it priced and sold for more than we had anticipated. This is the fourth property I have purchased through Leah and she consistently delivers high quality results well above what I have seen from other realtors. As I am active-duty military, I have purchased homes in several states and I have yet to meet one that could even rival Leah's performance. Her communication skills are superb, she is direct, timely, and her advice of the local markets is unquestionable. In my opinion, she would be better suited for duties of increased responsibility in the realm of management. Leah is a realtor who should be training, mentoring, and instructing other realtors.
