Buyer reviewThroughout the whole process of purchasing the land for our future home, there were multiple parties involved in this process. Given that it was our first time doing all of this, we were uncertain about a lot of things. Out of all the people we dealt with, Leo Giombetti was the only person who actually gave us guidance on what we should be doing and would frequently check in on us to see how everything was going. If Leo didn't do any of that, the whole process would not have gone so smoothly and would have been drawn out longer than it should have. Not only did Leo help the whole process move along so smoothly, but he also helped us save a good amount of money negotiating with the other party on the purchase of the land. We appreciate everything he did for us. Furthermore, we greatly appreciate the level of care he put forth with us and his attentiveness to deadlines. We will highly recommend Leo Giombetti to anyone that is purchasing a home or land.
