Leo Smith knew what our plans were with selling our home and he made sure we met those goals. With his knowledge and background in the industry he was able to suggest contractors that could help with repairs, touchups, lawncare, and even mitigation as issues arose during the sale. He made suggestions of having us do some decluttering of our home (we have a lot of stuff for the size home we had) as well as possibly emptying out rooms that were not in use. All things we would not have really thought of. Leo was always nice to talk to, respectful, and he had a sense of humor which made him easy to talk to. When we first moved to Winchester in 2009 he was our realtor we kept his card as he was just as helpful then. We tried to keep in touch with him over the years so when we were ready to sell we could have him help us. I would suggest Leo Smith to anyone in the market to buy or sell your home as we have delt with him on both ends of the stick. I will add that he will respectfully tell you what needs to be done to sell your home, so be open to suggestions and if he says it needs to be done, it needs to be done. We appreciate his help and would use him again if the time ever arose in the tri-state area.
