From day one Leona was polite and professional, and sent me literature about the process of buying a home from beginning to the end. It also helped that Leona was familiar with the DMV area since I'm originally from Philadelphia, I felt confident that the areas of interest would fit my requirements. Leona, truly cares about what you want and she even informed me when the house that I wanted (and now own) was placed back on the market, to my surprise!!! Leona was by my side with the loan process, inspections, verification of description of home, and the closing at settlement (with a New Home goodies bag for me) what more can I ask? Nothing!
