Buyer reviewMr. Leroy Rising provided excellent customer in our search and eventual purchase of our new property. He was always willing to meet us to show a property. He provided pros and cons of the property and of most important to us was making sure we were not in a flood area as we lost our previous home to flooding. Mr. Rising provided much assistance when making offers which required submitting substantial amounts of paperwork on our half to the seller that was finally accepted (we really appreciated this aspect of his service as it took four times before we got an acceptance). The closing process was made simple and painless with a local attorney. We would highly recommend Mr. Rising to anyone in search of a property/home to purchase as we has a great experience with his real estate expertise, attention to details and actually listening to our requests for the type of property we were in search of.

Seller reviewLeroy has a great reputation in the community for integrity in business. Leroy did an "over the top" job in selling our home. Can't think of anything he could have done any better or that anyone else could have done any better.

Buyer reviewAnother broker had been recommended to me, but Leroy's thoroughness and following through from the very beginning is what stood out to me. He paid attention to the details and kept us informed every step of the way. He also took time to explain and educate us, which was very helpful, this being our first home purchase. Leroy was on top of everything. I never had to "look" for him, he was already contacting me and helping move the process along. No matter the issue, Leroy was always cool, calm and collected. He just worked through whatever came up.

He also helped us stay on top of all the loose ends so that we did what we needed to do, when we needed to do it.
