My name is Lian Cortez Chavda. I am a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Century 21 North Homes Realty located in Lynnwood, WA. I am also a current Certified Medical Assistant for the University of Washington Sports Medicine Clinic. Prior to entering the medical field I helped manage my father's marble and granite business specializing in kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling. Obtaining a career in real estate has always been a dream of mine so having this opportunity to help people is an honor and a pleasure.
Having lived in the Puget Sound since 1994, it is amazing to see how much the area has grown and the potential it has for the future. The construction of residential homes, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial properties have been on the rise and many more are popping up on every corner. People are selling their properties in search for a new investment. Buying and selling a home can be a simple process with the right tools and knowledge. That's where I come in!

His tireless effort relieved me of the burden of having to be in-town to prepare the house for sale. I reside in Portland, OR and the house is in Lynnwood, WA. We had personal issues arise that paused our hunting, and with the market changing so much in that year shifted our search guidelines a couple times. No matter what came up Lian remained positive and dedicated to looking for our dream home and he found it! We couldn't be happier with our new home, it checks all our boxes and Lian was beyond helpful the whole way through!
