She was very helpful and knowledgeable about setting a price that was realistic and profitable. She came and helped me move furniture and make suggestions for staging. Seller reviewThe short sale process was long, drawn-out, and complicated. Liane did a great job explaining the steps of the process to me in terms I could understand. She also did a great job keeping me well-updated as we received offers. Since I had moved halfway across the country for a new job, I appreciated the high level of communication and little things, such as local recommendations for yard care and snow removal.
