I was impressed by how down to earth she was and how she was willing to go above and beyond to get me into a home I could afford. From the loan officer Durana Grapoli and the individuals at Chicago title, I have never worked with such dedicated individuals . I commend them for everything they have done! This individual stayed in constant communication with me through the whole process. If we were not certain of something or if I had questions regarding a certain issue she would get a response to me expeditiously.
