Buyer reviewLinda was very easy person to talk to, she had a good sence of humor. In a short period of time I felt very comfortable with her. She quickly dealt with any of my questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my family and freinds and if i sell my property I will definatly use her servises. I believe she went above and beyond to help me purchase the property.

She communicated with me almost daily by phone and sent listings with additional info by email.She was very knowledgeable and informative about the neighborhoods I was interested in and had details about many of the properties she showed me. I would recommend Linda to any friends and family looking for property in the Yuma area. Dustin was a bonus throughout the buying process. Helping to get docs signed etc... when Linda was at the downtown office. Everyone was friendly and welcoming on my many visits to the Foothills office.

Buyer reviewMe and my fiance spent a year looking for a home with a different realtor. We felt defeated and frustrated, but when a friend recommend us to Linda everything changed. She immediately answered the phone and set up a meeting, asked all the right questions and the day we met up with her she had a pile of listings ready to go see them. Within 3 months we found what we now call home. She was patient and warm hearted from day one and clearly knew Yuma like the back of her hand. She calmed our nerves on purchasing our first home and explained every step in detail and never let us leave with questions. Honestly if it wasn't for her we'd still be looking for a home. Thank you Linda! We will definitely be returning to her for future home sales and purchases.
