I previously used Linda in 2010 and upon return to the same geographic region, immediately sought her out in 2022. I very much appreciate Linda's engagement, knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, and approachability - she has been a great realtor on numerous occasions and is a great example of building customer loyalty with Century-21 even 10+ years apart!

Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning, Linda was a terrific listener. She worked hard to understand our specific needs and hopes for a new home. She takes her job very seriously; it's very clear that she cares very much about matching people up with their ideal homes. I think my favorite thing about Linda is her endless amount of knowledge. She can look at a roof and tell how much more life it has left. She can spot when someone skimped on a home improvement. She points out red flags but can also offer solutions to potential problems. She can tell whether the windows are of good quality. She makes suggestions for rearranging or remodeling as needed, without being pushy. Whether it's quality of craftsmanship, interpreting a home inspection report, or details about mortgages and titles, she knows it all! We were so lucky to have such a caring, knowledgeable, experienced, and hardworking agent by our side. I'd recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Seller reviewLinda is amazing. Being overseas and trying to sell a house is stressful. Linda was always available for me, even during the holidays. She did all the heavy work for me and made this the easiest process I've ever been through. She's honest, extremely trustworthy, very friendly and someone I know I can count on again and again. Liz Lupal was amazing!! She was always available and kept me on track with what needed to be done. When I had trouble handling certain things, due to being overseas, she stepped up and helped me take care of them. Without her support, I don't think we would have gotten the sale done in time or nearly as smoothly.
