Buyer reviewSince 1973 I have bought and sold a number of properties in Florida. This transaction was, by far, the easiest, fastest and most pleasant of them all. I spent more time getting the prickley cactus thornes out of my socks (from walking the property) than I did navigating the purchase. From my recollection most of my previous purchases were confusing and convoluted, this one sailed through on greased rails. I strongly recommend Dianne and I have to mention all the help I got from Lisa, at Attorney's Title & Trust who handled the closing while working hand in glove with the seller's and Dianne at Century 21.
