Linda aggressively marketed my house even before it was listed by finding a buyer but unfortunately that it fell through because the buyer couldn't sell her home. However Linda quickly found another buyer. Sale of my home only took greater than 12 weeks because second buyer couldn't sell their home either. Third buyer was the charm, they didn't have to sell a house. Linda was quick in finding them too, and we used escape clause with the second buyer to sell it to third buyer. Now I am working with Linda to buy a new home. Linda is a great realtor.
