Seller reviewLinda Dort is the consummate professional. She aided us in purchasing this home and in selling it. When we met her in 2008, she instantly demonstrated her depth of knowledge in the market, the local area, the process, and the people we came to deal with. She gave us wise counsel when we needed it, she made us a priority, and she shepherded us along all the path of home ownership. Over the years she has been available for any questions and offered us fair and balanced options when we wanted to upgrade our home, or when we needed a property manager as we transitioned our home to a rental property. Because of Linda's personality, integrity, charisma, and professionalism, I've promoted her and Century 21 New Millennium to everyone I know moving into or out of the area for the last 8 years.

Besides being very approachable, she had a good sense of humor. I was very impressed with her because even after we closed she followed up to make sure that we notified the utility companies and suggested we rekey the locks on the doors, etc. I feel like I made a friend forever. I will surely recommend her to my family and friends. We were looking for a reliable broker who had knowledge of a 1031 Exchange and familiar with the Fredericksburg area.

Seller reviewLinda Dort was extremely professional in all of her dealings with me and my husband. She was extremely attentive to detail. For example, there were a number of items on our home inspection report that had to be corrected. She had excellent contacts who performed this work promptly and at very reasonable prices. She even handled some of the minor items herself. Linda kept us informed throughout the process, and was realistic in her assessment of local market conditions. This helped us set a competitive price throughout the process. She was proactive in her marketing of the property, holding several open houses. She was also extremely familiar with the development in which my former residence is located, having successfully sold many properties there. In short, I could not have hoped for better representation than I received from Linda Dort.

Seller reviewI am so fortunate to have chosen Linda Dort as my realtor! She is conscientious, honest and trustworthy and certainly worked for my best interests. She continued to keep me abreast of the latest transactions and requirements in order to close the sale, just like she said she would when I signed the listing agreement. Linda was able to keep the small amount of repair costs for the house at a minimal. My house was only on the market for approximately 6 weeks at the most when she sold it. She was determined to get the best price she could for the home and that she did, even though I suggested a lower price. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Linda as a realtor; she is the BEST!! She lives in Virginia Heritage and certainly knows the area which I considered to be an asset. Additionally, I am a recent widow. Linda went over and beyond what I feel was expected of her.
